- The MMMMrrrrmmmmFFFFeeeettttcccchhhhBBBBiiiittttmmmmaaaappppLLLLiiiitttteeeerrrraaaallll function fetches a bitmap literal
- from an MRM hierarchy, and converts the bitmap literal to an
- X pixmap of depth 1. The function returns this pixmap and
- its width and height.
-
- _h_i_e_r_a_r_c_h_y__i_d
- Specifies the ID of the UID hierarchy that
- contains the specified icon literal. The value of
- _h_i_e_r_a_r_c_h_y__i_d was returned in a previous call to
- MMMMrrrrmmmmOOOOppppeeeennnnHHHHiiiieeeerrrraaaarrrrcccchhhhyyyyPPPPeeeerrrrDDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy.
-
- _i_n_d_e_x Specifies the UIL name of the bitmap literal to
- fetch.
-
- _s_c_r_e_e_n Specifies the screen used for the pixmap. The
- _s_c_r_e_e_n argument specifies a pointer to the Xlib
- structure SSSSccccrrrreeeeeeeennnn which contains the information
- about that screen and is linked to the DDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy
- structure. For more information on the DDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy
- and SSSSccccrrrreeeeeeeennnn structures, see the Xlib function
- XXXXOOOOppppeeeennnnDDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy and the associated screen information
- macros.
-
- _d_i_s_p_l_a_y Specifies the display used for the pixmap. The
- _d_i_s_p_l_a_y argument specifies the connection to the X
- server. For more information on the DDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy
- structure, see the Xlib function XXXXOOOOppppeeeennnnDDDDiiiissssppppllllaaaayyyy.
-
- _p_i_x_m_a_p__r_e_t_u_r_n
- Returns the resulting X pixmap value. The
- function allocates space for this pixmap. The
- application is responsible for managing the
- allocated space. The application can recover the
